This Privacy Policy explains how opan.hr (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you join our waitlist. We keep it minimal: we only collect what we need to keep you updated.

What we collect

• Email address (required) — to notify you about launches/updates.
• Submission metadata (timestamp, page label) — to manage the list.

Purpose & legal basis (GDPR)

Purpose: to contact you with relevant updates about opan.hr (waitlist/launch).
Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

How data is processed

Waitlist submissions are processed via Netlify Forms (our form processing provider) and sent to us via email notifications. We may export and store the submissions locally for list management.

Retention

We keep waitlist emails only as long as necessary to run the waitlist and communicate updates. If the project does not launch, we will delete the list within a reasonable period. You can request deletion at any time.

Complaints
